Ginger

  • Supports immune health, reduced blood pressure, digestive health, blood sugar regulation, and sexual health in men (1).
  • Supports immune health via enhanced antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties (1).
  • Supports sex hormone health via decreased oxidative stress, increased luteinizing hormone (LH) production, reduced oxidative stress, reduced lipid peroxidation, enhanced activity of antioxidant enzymes, increased blood flow, and recycling of testosterone receptors (1).

Glucosamine

  • Supports connective tissue health and decreased joint stiffness (2).
  • Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate have shown beneficial effects on joint tissues in osteoarthritis (OA) (2).

Quercetin

  • Supports antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immune system defense, reduced homocysteine (allergies), reduced triglycerides, and combats bacterial infections (4,5,6).

Turmeric
