Formula Ingredients & Benefits

Whey Protein Concentrate

  • Supports muscle growth, immunity, digestion, recovery, cardiovascular health, and metabolic rate (1,3).
  • Increases muscle protein synthesis (muscle growth) and prevents muscle tissue breakdown (3).
  • May aid as an antioxidant, antiviral, antibacterial, antihypertensive, and anti-tumor agent (1,3).
  • High in glutathione (master antioxidant) via conversion of cysteine (3).
  • Undenatured whey provides the highest concentrations of intact native proteins such as lactoferrin and immunoglobulins for immune modulation (1,3).
  • Supports muscle growth in elderly exercising populations thus preventing age-associated muscle breakdown (sarcopenia) (2).

Whey Protein Isolate

  • Contains less fat and sugar than whey protein concentrate (4).
  • Increases muscle protein synthesis faster than whey protein concentrate (4).

Suggested Use: Add one (1) scoop of powder with 8 - 16 ounces of cold water, or milk and mix thoroughly in a blender. Increase, or decrease the amount of liquid to achieve desired consistency.
